I value being a Farmington Chamber for many reasons; through the Chamber I have met and benefited from the wisdom and warmth of others who own businesses, or like myself, work for various organizations, including colleges and companies. I also believe the seminars offered by the Chamber offer rich learning opportunities about current economic and legislative issues and policies impacting our state and its business environment. My appreciation to all who are members of the Chamber and who work hard by contributing to its many committees.

We're new members of the Chamber, but the couple of events that we've attended have been fun and beneficial to the practice.  A wonderful group of people with a lot of skills and talents to share.  We look forward to a long and fruitful relationship with the Chamber.

President's Message

Phillip J. Chabot, President Farmington Chamber of Commerce

Welcome to the Farmington Chamber of Commerce and to our community.

The Farmington Chamber of Commerce understands that in order to have a strong economic environment you must have a strong community. We are truly blessed in our community to have leaders, business owners, educators and citizens who realize that we all share in the responsibility of creating economic success and happiness within our community.

As the 2017-2018 Chamber President and local business owner, I am honored to work alongside our dedicated Board who all share the same mission, “business and community leaders working together to advance the economic development and civic well-being of our community.”  We are a board with innovative ideas, a sincere respect for our community and a commitment to prosperity.

The Farmington Chamber is affiliated with the Central Connecticut Chambers of Commerce and is a strategic partner with the MetroHartford Alliance. As a result, membership in the Farmington Chamber grows beyond our town lines reaching businesses regionally and across the state. Members now have the opportunity to participate in other towns’ Chamber events.

Join our approximately 300 local business leaders as they pool their skills, talents and resources to drive and support continued business growth and community improvements.

In Service,

Phillip J. Chabot, President
